1. What are your phone and fax numbers, mailing and email addresses?

2. What are the normal charges for the shipment of a wine purchase?
Here at Wine Insiders ,1-2 bottles ship for $9.95; 3-4 bottles $15.95; 5-6 bottles $17.95; 7-11 bottles $19.95; Shipping for 12 or more bottles to the same address is 1-cent.

3. To what states do you ship wine?

We ship wine to: AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OR, SC, TN, VA, VT, WI, WA, WV and WY only.

4. Why can't wine be shipped to my state?

Since the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages are under the control of individual states, we are required to abide by each state’s law. When a new state legislates the shipment of wine, we immediately add it to our list of lawful shipment destinations on our website. Check with your state authorities, or visit our website often to confirm your state’s availability for shipment of wine.

5. What if I cannot be home during normal business hours to receive my wine shipment?  Is an adult signature required?

Since an adult signature is required by law to receive a wine package, many of our customers have their wine shipments sent to their workplace. The package is discreet and does not indicate the contents contained within. If you need to change your shipping address to assure delivery of your purchase, please email us via a secure form or call 800-615-7304.

6. How do online vouchers (like Groupon) and coupon offers work when applied toward a Wine Insiders purchase?

You can redeem Groupon vouchers online only at www.wineinsiders.com as soon you receive it.
You can choose wines in any quantity you like.  Wines start at $9.99 per bottle.  Most customers order a 12-bottle Assortment so they can get 1-cent shipping in addition to the Groupon/Coupon savings on the wine itself.  That saves you another $19.95. 

Choose one of our Assortments on the site or build your own. Then enter the Groupon voucher number into the “Redeem Groupon” box at the end of the checkout process, hit the “Apply” button, and you’ll see the discount applied on the next page.

No membership is required to use the Groupon voucher or  any appropriate coupon, and there is no obligation to buy again.

Only one Groupon Wine Insiders voucher or coupon offer per household.
Most wine orders take 1 – 2 weeks for delivery.

An adult must sign for the delivery and packages will not be delivered otherwise.  Our customers who aren’t home during the day and don’t have a doorman, ship their wine to work or to a friend or neighbor.
 

7. Is there a membership fee for your wine clubs? Do you offer club members a money back guarantee if I don’t like the wines. Can I cancel at any time?

There is no membership fee. Our Guarantee: If you are not entirely delighted with every aspect of the club, including the wine selections you receive, contact us and we will make it right. And, you may cancel your membership at any time.

8. If I especially enjoy a wine that I received in my wine club shipment, can I order more of that specific selection?

Absolutely! Due to the fact that our wines come from small, boutique wineries, we have limited quantities available and they do sell out quickly. Simply order more wine online or speak to one of our expert wine consultants at 800-615-7304.

9. How can I check on an order status and delivery?

After your Wine Insiders purchase is made, you’ll receive an email confirmation of the order including a link to your account on our website.  As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a second email to confirm that shipment has been made with details of the shipment, and a link to the status of your order on our website.  You may also call us at 800-615-7304 any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to check your order status with one of our helpful customer service assistants.
