Here at Wine Insiders, our three wine curators have over 50 years of combined experience between them. Our oenophiles review each and every wine and only 3% of wines sampled are accepted. We have chosen the best wines for every budget and occasion.

What happened to the Barclays Wine and Heartwood & Oak site?

On May 15th, 2018 the Barclays Wine and Heartwood & Oak sites began redirecting to Wine Insiders. To access your account, just visit wineinsiders.com/login and enter the email and password from your Barclays Wine or Heartwood & Oak account.

How do I access my Barclays Wine or Heartwood & Oak account?

Just visit wineinsiders.com/login and enter the email and password from your Barclays Wine or Heartwood & Oak account. Visit the My Subscriptions section of your account to view your club order history and tracking information, plus make changes to your shipping address, wine preferences, and profile. If you need to change your billing information, contact our Customer Service Team at (800) 615-7304.

Can I choose to skip a shipment?

Yes, you can! Whether you want to skip one shipment or update your shipment frequency, simply contact our Customer Service Team at (800) 615-7304 and we will take care of your request.

How can I cancel my Wine Club membership?

You may cancel your membership through your MyAccount Page. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service Team at (800) 615-7304, Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 8:00pm (EST), and Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 7:00pm (EST), excluding holidays.

How many shipments will I receive?

It will vary depending on the type of club experience you are enrolled in. Most of our clubs will include a bonus winter and a bonus summer shipment. Please ask a Customer Service Representative for more details.

I can't log into my account on Wine Insiders. What do I do?

Is there a satisfaction guarantee on any bottles I don't like?

We know it can be intimidating to try new wines. That's why we make exploring the world of wine completely risk-free. We want you to love every bottle you try, and if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we'll make it right.
