Savings on wine, almost too good to be true
This Month's Wine Notes Food Recipe Newsletter Archives
Dear Wine Lover,
I am delighted to advise that you can now save up to $101.40 over the next year!
That’s because we are now able to combine shipments of our separate wine clubs into a single box.Currently, if you are a member of a 2-bottle club, you now pay $8.95 in monthly delivery costs. When you add a second 2-bottle club you will pay just 50¢ more in shipping, that’s a savings of $8.45/month, ($101.40 per year).
And there’s more –add a second club, and you receive a free bottle of wine.
For those of you now in more than one 2-bottle club, you’ll automatically receive a savings of $8.45 a month or $101.40 each year – per club!
What do you have to do to claim these savings? Nothing at all. They will be reflected on your next invoices.
And there’s even more good news for members of more than one club: Add one more club and you’ll save even more!
It could be another $101.40 per year, and the free bottle. To add a new wine club and save money, call 1-800-615-7304 now.

This Month's Wine Notes …
by Sharon Rosenbaum, Senior Wine Buyer
Some of our recent offerings have included less
well-known varietals that have not been “regulars” due
to their limited production. We hope you are enjoying
these wines.
VIOGNIER (vee-own-yea) — has the scents of spring
blossom and jasmine with rich flavours of apricot,
peach and spicy undertones. Plenty of body.
MALBEC (mal-bek) — the star of Argentina. It is a
smooth, lush wine with all sorts of plum, red berry
and earthy fruit flavours like raspberry, mulberry and
blackberry.
SANGIOVESE (san-geo-vay-zay) — a variety of styles
from youthful, lively young reds with red cherry
flavours to the oak-aged style with dark cherry,
herbal and plum notes.

Favorite Wine Quotes:
“Water is for quenching the thirst. Wine, according
to its quality and the soil where it was grown, is a
necessary tonic, a luxury, and a fitting tribute to
good food. And is it not also a source of nourishment
in itself?”
— Colette: Wines French novelist (1873-1954)
