Return Policy

If an item is delivered damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours and it will be repaired to new condition, replaced or you can have credit towards another item. Anyone returning orders without authorization from us will be responsible for the cost to reship it and the return will not be accepted. So please contact us, and make us aware of the problems before returning it, so that we may properly file a claim (according to procedure) with the shipping service and set up a pick up from your location.

If there is nothing wrong with the merchandise and you simply do not like the choice you made, the item may be returned for a refund minus a 20% Restocking fee on standard merchandise and a 30% Restocking fee on custom merchandise(items with leather color options and items that ship in 8 to 10 weeks) and the freight cost. YOU WILL PAY THE COST OF THE FREIGHT BOTH WAYS, THE FREIGHT WE PAID TO YOU AND THE FREIGHT COST TO RETURN IT. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. All products must be in the original packaging in order to be returned. If the product is out of the packaging the freight company will not pick up the product and we will not receive anything that is not in the original packaging.

Refunds for canceled or returned orders can only be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase. In the event that the original credit card is no longer valid, we will mail a check to the billing address from the original order. Please note it may take up to 30 days for the refund to post to your credit card statement.
