Miles will not be awarded for any orders cancelled or returned by the customer. Please allow 6-8 weeks for mileage to be posted to your Dividend Miles account. You may cancel your wine club membership at anytime without further obligation. If you're not 100% delighted with any purchase of wine by the case, Wine Insiders will refund the total cost of your shipment. Ship the item(s) within 30 days of the date on your invoice, in the original package using a carrier that provides tracking services. Upon receiving verification of the return, Wine Insiders will promptly issue a refund for the amount of the merchandise to you.
