Fair Oaks Zinfandel

A claret style Zinfandel with full, jammy flavors of blackberry, raspberry, black cherry and wild berry flavors with a hint of black pepper and anise. A nice touch of acidity makes a clean, food friendly finish. Our expert wine panel enjoyed it from appetizers through to dessert and wished they had more.

Geja's Private Reserve Big Bold Red

As the name says, this is a wine big on flavor and bold, with ripe flavors floating over a fine structure of natural fruit acidity. If you haven’t already tried it, there’s no better time than now. The Geja’s Big Bold Red is a feisty, impudent red with prominent, aggressive tannins that are fresh and forward. This is one wine you can enjoy every day of the week at a price that’s hard to beat.

Black Fox Cabernet Sauvignon

With its flavors of raspberry, cherry, with hints of cassis, and cedar, Black Fox dances on your tongue with its vibrant tannins, light mouth feel, and a finish that doesn’t linger too long. 

Monarch Glen Merlot

This is a wine that flaunts aromas of tangy cherry and sweet berries, with flavors of berry, plum, and spices. A tasty wine that finishes clean and dry. So what food to pair with this wonderful wine? Roasted chicken rubbed with Herbs De Provence or grilled rack of lamb with fresh mint. 

Pavillon La Tourelle Bordeaux

The lands of Pavillon La Tourelle draw their unique character from the inimitable terroir of Bordeaux. A blend of 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine has a vivid red color. The wine has medium depth, and reveals clean but intense flavors of cherry and blackcurrant with a fleshy mouth feel. Pavillon la Tourelle is an enjoyable, supple, smooth wine with an easy finish on the palate. 

Val di Botte Sangiovese Puglia

The region of Puglia makes up the “heel” and “back of the boot” region of Italy. It is here that the Sangiovese grapes share much of the spotlight like it does in Tuscany. With unlimited coastal access, the warm Southern Italian sun and cool breezes throughout the day and night, produce balanced grapes that have big fruit and light. This combination is perfect for the acids of the tomato-centric cuisine of Puglia. Pastas, pizza, you name it. It works well. Val di botte Sangiovese flaunts flavors of red currant, raspberry, and aromatics reminiscent of potpourri and elements of clay. We recommend decanting for 30 minutes or so to lets the flavors evolve.

Silver Lining Cabernet Sauvignon

Born under the sun of costal vineyards in California, cool weather and bright sun produce grapes of pure balance. The right amount of fruit and acidity allow vintners to craft balanced, well-to-drink red wines that are delightful and crowd pleasing. Silver Lining Cabernet Sauvignon is such a wine. The very present fruit of dark plum, cherry, cassis, and hints of cocoa sits well in the mid-palate and has a short but pleasing finish. 

Camartina Carménère

The wine is a violet red color and the aroma is of fresh red fruit—raspberries and cherries—along with notes of herbs and toasted coffee beans. The aromas follow through on the palate with red fruits, spices and bittersweet chocolate. It is an elegant wine with juicy concentration and persistence.

Moon Crest Sauvignon Blanc

Fresh and zesty with aromas of melon, freshly cut grass, green apple, sweet citrus zest and fig, this wine has a brisk acidity that carries its fruit and herbal flavors through a refreshing finish. Serve with fresh goat cheese, seafood or vegetarian dishes.

Moscato is an amazingly versatile grape. It can be produced dry or semi-sweet and each classification has it's own unique set of floral and fruit components that make it truly unique. Moscato produced in the new world style are semi-sweet fruit forward refreshing style that has lots of floral aroma attributes. MYTH is this kind of wine, flaunting peach and tangerine flavors, with honeysuckle and sweet flower aromas. Not only do they smell and taste amazing, they pair well with some of the world's most flavorful cuisine.

Cuvèe Joëlle White Blend

For over 4 generations, the family who crafts Cuvèe Joëlle has strived to produce wines of balance and grace. With over a century of winemaking experience, they craft food-friendly wines that are pleasant and full of joy. This blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Loin De L’oeil gives flavors of gooseberry, citrus and notes of green. Blending with Loin De L’oeil gives the wine a vibrant but full-bodied mouthfeel with balanced acidity. A perfect wine for sharing with friends over a variety of seafood dishes like black cod with shaved fennel. 

Treehaven Lane Chardonnay

Here’s a classic, fruit-forward Chardonnay that offers lush flavors of apple, citrus and melon, with a note of hazelnut. It has a naturally crisp acidity that adds structure and carries the fruit flavors through a clean, dry finish. As a result, it makes an ideal choice for serving with fresh seafood or poultry, especially dishes featuring an herbed cream or butter based sauce.

Le Parlement Bordeaux Blanc

White Bordeaux is not on most people's wine radar, but we get excited for white Bordeaux. For us, it has everything we love about Sauvignon Blanc, while adding complexity that true enthusiasts can appreciate. When we found Le Parlement Bordeaux Blanc, we were blown away by the balance. It is delicate, with levels of finesse layered into its pale straw color. Attractive flavors of zesty citrus, fresh grass, gooseberry, and honeysuckle yield generously after every sip. This is a limited wine that must not be missed. 

Trail Mix Napa Valley White Blend

One of the two main roads in Napa Valley, the Silverado Trail winds through some of Napa’s greatest vineyards. Malvasia, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Chenin Blanc are all sourced from Napa just off the Silverado Trail and are blended together to make a beautiful white wine. Trail Mix Napa Valley White Wine is a unique blend with 100% grapes from Napa and the majority of them from Yountville and St. Helena. The combined results yield a medium-bodied white with notes of tropical fruit, lavender, rose petal, and vanilla. Flavors of melon, key lime, and grapefruit pair with balanced acidity. A delicious and refreshing California white.

This low alcohol balanced acid driven Pinot Grigio flaunts citrus zest, apple, pears, and nectarine flavors mingling with slight almond and ginger notes. The quintessential summertime wine, it is light, refreshing, and perfect for the season. We recommend this wine served ice cold to maximize the crispness.
