Radford Dale Shiraz-Merlot
The 2010 vintage of the highly acclaimed Shiraz-Merlot blend from Radford Dale is better than the last. With a 54% Shiraz 46% Merlot blend from grapes grown sustainability into Stellenbosch, South Africa, this wine shows that good things are still to come from the region. Forward cherries and red fruit come together with spicy aspects from the Shiraz, with ripe but firm tannins. The wine is a grilled meats best friend.
Full of ripe fruit right from the outset. Raspberry, strawberry, plum and black currant notes can all be found, even on the nose. These flavors continue through the palate to the finish. Radford Dale Shiraz
It has the classic spicy and peppery Shiraz notes and firm, ripe tannins, fresh acidity and persistent minerality. This Shiraz has power, backbone and fruit with just enough restraint. Another magnificent wine from Radford Dale.
Its flavor profile is a salute to the homeland of Malbec, Cahors in France. It drinks profoundly, with dark fruits such as blackberry with herbaceous notes, and that nice overlay of smoky, destined to be best friends with many grilled meats. It’s full bodied, has a personality, and has a finish that can please the wine drinker in all of us.
Bear Hug Cabernet Sauvignon
A first pass on the nose brings enticing aromas of ripe cherries, flowers, and cotton candy. No need to rush. It may take a second whiff to fully embrace all this wine has to offer. The first sip will bring bright cherries, cassis, and ripe blackberries, all of which contribute to a mouthfeel that is full and pleasing. The finish is smooth and easy going.
Cascada Peak Malbec
It has a lot of earth notes, a chalky mouth feel (which is a compliment) and a lot of tasty fruit notes that make this wine a joy to drink. Dark fruits of blackberry, plums, cocoa, and spice round out an enjoyable drinking experience. Serve this wine with grilled meats.
Lot 489 Triage White Blend
Its blend of crisp acidity and sweet fruit make it a delightful summertime sipper. Uplifting nose of apricot, banana, and lemon custard. Tastes sweet on the front end, but finishes much drier, with a balanced and juicy texture. A true delight and real crowd pleaser.

Made from a blend of some of Italy’s most beloved grapes including, 70% Trebbiano Bianco, Val Di Botte Toscana Bianco has everything you could want in a white wine. The color is pale, straw like. It has pleasant, fruity aromas, with hints of fresh flowers. It is fresh and dry, with intense fruits flavors like green apples, melon, and lemon zest with a vibrant and refreshing finish.

Les Collines de Cézanne Rosé 2014
A quick glance at this stunning Rosé and you’ll instantly notice the gorgeous salmon hue sheening from the bottle. Some say this is the perfect color for judging Rosé from the South of France, noting that it will be light, refreshing, and have layers of fruit and depth that you would desire. A blend of Grenache and Cinsault, the Les Collines de Cézanne Rosé holds true to this ideology.
As we opened the bottle and poured the first glass aromas of fresh smashed strawberries and white plums enticed our sense of smell. Swirl the wine around in the glass to unleash the of flavors lemon, grapefruit and white peaches, paired with the perfect amount of acidity. This Rosé doesn’t fall short as it lingers a second or two, delivering a pleasant mouthfeel. This Rosé is perfect for the summer and great as a pre-dinner drink or paired with poultry and even lamb dishes.
Kiyapura Sauvignon Blanc
A clean, citrusy, lean and fresh wine. The nose is full of grapefruit and green apple, followed by zesty flavors of green fruits, lime, floral notes, and a long, crisp finish. Outstanding as an aperitif or a cocktail wine, it is also ideal with salads using arugula, fennel, or roasted bell peppers, and is a refreshing companion for richer white meats like pork and lobster.
