Radford Dale Shiraz-Merlot (x2)
The 2010 vintage of the highly acclaimed Shiraz-Merlot blend from Radford Dale is better than the last. With a 54% Shiraz 46% Merlot blend from grapes grown sustainability into Stellenbosch, South Africa, this wine shows that good things are still to come from the region. Forward cherries and red fruit come together with spicy aspects from the Shiraz, with ripe but firm tannins. The wine is a grilled meats best friend.
Kepe Tempranillo (x2)
Full of ripe fruit right from the outset. Raspberry, strawberry, plum and black currant notes can all be found, even on the nose. These flavors continue through the palate to the finish. This wine aims to be one that can be opened anytime and pair with your favorite everyday foods like pizza, pasta, and grilled meats.
Radford Dale Shiraz (x2)
It has the classic spicy and peppery Shiraz notes and firm, ripe tannins, fresh acidity and persistent minerality. This Shiraz has power, backbone and fruit with just enough restraint. Another magnificent wine from Radford Dale.
Pico Malbec (x2)
Its flavor profile is a salute to the homeland of Malbec, Cahors in France. It drinks profoundly, with dark fruits such as blackberry with herbaceous notes, and that nice overlay of smoky, destined to be best friends with many grilled meats. It’s full bodied, has a personality, and has a finish that can please the wine drinker in all of us.
Bear Hug Cabernet Sauvignon (x2)
A first pass on the nose brings enticing aromas of ripe cherries, flowers, and cotton candy. No need to rush. It may take a second whiff to fully embrace all this wine has to offer. The first sip will bring bright cherries, cassis, and ripe blackberries, all of which contribute to a mouthfeel that is full and pleasing. The finish is smooth and easy going.
Cascada Peak Malbec (x1)
It has a lot of earth notes, a chalky mouth feel (which is a compliment) and a lot of tasty fruit notes that make this wine a joy to drink. Dark fruits of blackberry, plums, cocoa, and spice round out an enjoyable drinking experience. Serve this wine with grilled meats.
