Coastal Passage Chardonnay
This wine opens with aromas of daffodil, pear, and apples, with hints of freshly baked french bread. Flavors range from peach to lemon tart and crème fraiche with rich mid-palate texture and a finish of grapefruit and green apple.
Lemon zest, apple, and a hints of candied banana mingle nicely together. This wine is not too buttery, not too much oak, acid levels are great, and it is well rounded. This is a chardonnay wine for people who don't like Chardonnay. It is what a California coastline Chardonnay can and should be.
Black Pheasant Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that is enjoyable all year long. The crisp and refreshing profile makes it enjoyable as a cocktail party wine or a patio refresher. When you add food into the mix, the wine explodes with flavor when paired with summer salads, fresh fruits, roasted lean meats like turkey and citrus glazed pork. This is a versatile wine and that is why we love Black Pheasant Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of grapefruit and orange zest and a back note of honeyed melon lead to flavors of citrus, melon and pear.
A rich, ripe flavorful Chardonnay from Sonoma County featuring a wonderfully round mouthfeel and a delightfully fruity palate with hints of butter and oak. Pear and persimmon aromas are accented by white peach, vanilla and spice notes while its racy acidity takes flavors of lemon curd and spice into a long finish.
Lions Crest Chardonnay
California Chardonnay is one of those grape varieties grown in a particular region that has very delicious results. When pairing the climate of California and the versatile and resilient Chardonnay grape, the crafted finished product is a tasty wine that has body, pairs amazingly with food, and can be quite refreshing. Lion's Crest Vintners Chardonnay is a wine that has a fine balanced of fresh citrus, apples, and hints of melon with a slight creaming overlay. A fine partner for roasted chicken dishes or fettuccine with a Parmesan cream sauce.
Instantly attractive, the nose is full of fruit, with peach and apricot taking the lead. These flavors continue on the palate, met by the hallmark stone-fruit notes of Riesling. These luscious flavors meet a perfect balance between acidity and sugar to ensure this wine, simply put, stuns. As with many great Rieslings, this wine can be paired beautifully with spicy Asian cuisine, soft cheeses or all by itself, as a great aperitif.
Kiyapura Sauvignon Blanc
The nose is full of grapefruit and green apple followed by zesty flavors of green fruits, lime, and floral notes
and a long, crisp finish. Outstanding as an aperitif or a cocktail wine, it is also ideal with salads using arugula, fennel, or
roasted bell peppers, and is a refreshing companion for richer white meats like pork and lobster.
Monarch Glen Chardonnay
Aged in stainless steel casks, the wine retains its juicy, fresh fruit flavors and clean finish. The wine’s distinctive characteristics make it a good choice to serve with fresh seafood or poultry dishes as well as cheese or mushroom appetizers. It’s a treat you’ll want to keep on hand, especially at this price, in case friends or family stop by.
It's dry but with flavors of melon and peach, with hints of banana and vanilla, this is a wine that shines with so many food dishes that it's hard to name just one. Rest assured, that this wine is no slouch by itself and can be a cocktail party wine that everybody will enjoy.
The wine’s silky texture also makes it a wonderful match with pâté or dishes featuring butter and cream sauces. Lemon curd and baked red apple aromas greet as you approach the glass and lead to bright lemon, apple and apricot flavors. This is a treat you’ll want to stock up on!
Turnstone Sauvignon Blanc
This Sauvignon Blanc starts off with a gentle perfume of honeysuckle and jasmine, leading to a mouth of Asian pear and honeydew melon, finishing with a balanced acidity of green grass and kiwi fruit. Considering Chile's admiration with seafood dishes, this wine pairs perfectly with anything from the sea you bring the table with succulent fruits and even cold sides such as tabouli.
Spencer Family Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc
Crisp flavors of grapefruit and green apple with notes of ripe fig are the most distinguishing characteristics this fruit-forward, award-winning selection. Produced from a vineyard established more than 100 years ago by descendants of European winemakers, its grapes provide a marvelous complexity and balance. The winemaker recommends serving this delicate treat with grilled or sautéed seafood in a butter or cream sauce. And, it brings out the best in veggie dishes like spinach and cheese-stuffed pasta shells.
