2015 Spencer Sauvignon Blanc
Crisp flavors of grapefruit and green apple with note of ripe fig distinguish this fruit-forward, award-winning selection. Produced from a vineyard established more than 100 years ago by descendants of European winemakers, its grapes provide a marvelous complexity and balance. The winemaker recommends serving this delicate treat with grilled or sautéed seafood in a butter or cream sauce. And, it brings out the best in veggie dishes like spinach and cheese-stuffed pasta shells.
2014 MYTH Viognier
It’s time to fall in love with viognier, the vibrant French white known for its beautifully floral nose. MYTH Viognier is lush with flavors of peaches, apricots, Meyer lemons and hibiscus, paired with a nice minerality. Give it a swirl if you’re looking to branch out from chardonnay.
2014 Snickerdoodle Chardonnay
Crisp, refreshing chardonnay is the first thing that comes to mind when most people think of white wine. Snickerdoodle makes a fresh Chardonnay, with flavors of green apple, nectarine and juicy melon. A subtle hint of oak adds complexity without cutting into the wine’s crispness, resulting in a delicious gem of a California Chardonnay.
2014 Cannery Row Chardonnay
Based in Monterey County along California’s famed Central Coast, the talented winemaker blended fruit from a cool-climate vineyard along the Arroyo Seco riverbed with a small lot from a warm inland valley. The result: a stylish, delicious, classic California Chardonnay. Its fresh fruit aromas lead to flavors of apple, nectarine and ripe juicy melon. A hint of toasty oak and vanilla from oak aging adds depth and complexity, while a balancing acidity keeps it refreshing.
2015 La Petite Tour Classic White
La Petite Tour wines were introduced more than 30 years ago. This blend of white grapes has remained the family's favorite. It was only made in small lots for their own table, until now. Exclusive to Wine Insiders, it is a delicately aromatic, medium-bodied wine with flavors of ripe pear and surprisingly bright citrus notes. And, it’s a versatile food wine, that pairs well with fish, grilled chicken or vegetables.
2014 Bayshore Pinot Grigio
The 2013 Bayshore Pinot Grigio comes from one of the earliest Pinot Grigio vines planted in California in the mid-seventies before the grape became popular. Since then Pinot Grigio has grown into the so-called “princess” of white grapes and Bayshore continues to produce truly regal wines. This wine features a full flavor spectrum of citrus fruits and melons with a crisp turn of acidity to carry the fruity flavors through the wine and boost the flavor. This is a real hammock wine for you to enjoy in your backyard or at the dinner table with curries or Asian cuisine.
