California Love Whites Case
Your California Love Whites Case includes two bottles each of
Tipping Point Barrel Fermented Chardonnay
The crafting of a good barrel fermented Chardonnay is a balancing act of two separate events that when come together in a harmonious balance create a special style of Chardonnay. If planned perfectly and executed properly, the result can be fantastic. The initial fermentation of turning the juice into wine and then the secondary fermentation known as Malolactic fermentation gives the wine its creamy layered mouthfeel. Tipping point is a great example of a Chardonnay that is full-bodied offering woven flavors of green apples and pear, with hints of vanilla cream and oak, all in sync, creating a perfect sipping experience.
Moon Crest Sauvignon Blanc
Fresh and zesty with aromas of melon, freshly cut grass, green apple, sweet citrus zest and fig, this wine has a brisk acidity that carries its fruit and herbal flavors through a refreshing finish. Serve with fresh goat cheese, seafood or vegetarian dishes.
Come and revel in a beautiful Chardonnay from Pearce Cellars showing light straw hues, featuring tropical fruit and vanilla aromas. Citrus and green apple flavors are accompanied by a silky mouth feel, which contributes to the well-balanced and lingering aftertaste. Versatile and food-friendly, it’s a perfect complement to many dishes, but especially wonderful with lobster, crab or salmon in buttery sauces.
Bayshore Vintners Pinot Grigio
This lovely wine from Bayshore is produced from one of the first vineyards in California planted with Pinot Grigio that originally focused on dessert wines. That is until a wine importer, seeing the potential for table wines, used these grapes to launch a line of food-friendly table wines. Gorgeous aromas jump out of the glass and delicious flavors of melon, citrus and tangerine are completed by a refreshing thread of crisp acidity.
La Petite Tour Classic White
A light, refreshing, vibrant, and an all around crowd-pleasing white. Crisp flavors of grapefruit and green apple with notes of ripe fig are the most distinguishing characteristics of this fruit-forward, grassy white wine with present minerality and a pleasing finish.
Lot 489 Triage White Blend
Its blend of crisp acidity and sweet fruit make it a delightful summertime sipper. Uplifting nose of apricot, banana, and lemon custard. Tastes sweet on the front end, but finishes much drier, with a balanced and juicy texture. A true delight and real crowd pleaser.
