This luscious and supremely drinkable darker red wine is best enjoyed in its youthful stages, where juicy flavors of blackberry and cherry mingle merrily with a subtle note of vanilla. 2015 Treehaven Lane Barbera has a bright acidity that makes it a delicious pairing with dark meats, mushroom and herb dishes, and even blue cheese.

Tremo Maceración Carbónica Tempranillo (x2)

Carbonic Maceration is a cutting edge winemaking method where a carbon dioxide rich environment is used to ferment juice inside the grape. This results in very fruity wines with very little mouth-drying tannins. While most popular in France, Bodega Luis Alegre is using Carbonic Maceration in Spain on masterfully grown Tempranillo and Viura grapes for a juicy wine with an aromatic nose of raspberry, cherry and slight violet notes. Soft acidity provides just enough balance for fresh fruit notes that meet licorice on the finish.
