Sauvignon Blanc provides this Vin Blanc a subtle, fruity flavor profile with heavy notes of citrus. Adding 40% of Loin De L’oeil to the Sauvignon Blanc gives the wine a full-bodied mouthfeel providing a luxurious sensation on the palate. The end result is a French white wine that is round, audacious, and fresh. A perfect accompaniment to light seafood pastas and desserts like apple tart.
Bayshore Pinot Grigio
This lovely wine from Bayshore is produced from one of the first vineyards in California planted with Pinot Grigio that originally focused on dessert wines. That is until a wine importer, seeing the potential for table wines, used these grapes to launch a line of food-friendly table wines. Gorgeous aromas jump out of the glass and delicious flavors of melon, citrus and tangerine are completed by a refreshing thread of crisp acidity.
