A blend of Grenache and Cinsault, the Les Collines de Cézanne Rosé holds true to this ideology.
As we opened the bottle and poured the first glass aromas of fresh smashed strawberries and white plums enticed our sense of smell. Swirl the wine around in the glass to unleash the of flavors lemon, grapefruit and white peaches, paired with the perfect amount of acidity. This Rosé doesn’t fall short as it lingers a second or two, delivering a pleasant mouthfeel. This Rosé is perfect for the summer and great as a pre-dinner drink or paired with poultry and even lamb dishes.
Burke Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Made in the classic style, this wine serves up blackberry, currant, fresh herbs, and a hint of cedar with the lush fruit guiding you along the way. This wine goes perfectly with foods with umami flavors like burgers with bacon and Gorgonzola cheese or mom’s homemade meatloaf.
Cascada Peak Red Blend
Cascada Peak Family Reserve Red Blend is produced by the Polliani Family with generations of wine making under their lineage. This blend shows beautiful red ripe fruit of raspberry and cherries, with layered notes of earth tones, leather, and cocoa. Slightly silky with a smooth, medium finish, this is a wine that can be enjoyed with foods that have umami flavors like savory mushroom and Gruyere cheese burgers.
Cloud Valley Pinot Noir
This elegant, light-bodied Pinot Noir opens with graceful aromas of sweet cherries, strawberries and a slight earthiness, followed by soft flavors of vanilla, light oak and ripe raspberry.
Fair Oaks Zinfandel
A claret style Zinfandel with full, jammy flavors of blackberry, raspberry, black cherry and wild berry flavors with a hint of black pepper and anise. A nice touch of acidity makes a clean, food friendly finish. Our expert wine panel enjoyed it from appetizers through to dessert and wished they had more.

Lot 497 Triage White Blend
Uplifted nose of apricot, banana, and lemon custard. When this hits your lips, the first thing you’ll notice is that it’s much drier than the other Columbia Valley white wine releases we’ve released in the past, delivering a juicy texture with very low residual sugar. A real crowd pleaser.

This Australian Sauvignon Blanc is known for its prominent acidity and upfront fruit. Trevor Jones shows amazing fruits of citrus and kiwi with subtle and pleasing grassy notes. A perfect wine to uncork and enjoy for just about any occasion.
