From southeastern Australia’s Riverina region comes 2015 Boondaree Shiraz. This full-bodied red is a dense crimson in the glass, catching the eye with youthful purple hues. The bouquet offers aromas of ripe cherry and plum entwined with earthy hints of dark chocolate and spicy oak. The dark chocolate continues to the palate, where it is joined by spicy berry fruit and a subtle tannin finish. 2015 Boondaree Shiraz is terrific with foods with big, bold flavors. Boondaree Chardonnay
