Reserve Selections Mixed 12-PK (+$20)
The Reserve Selections Mixed 12-Pack is a hand curated selection of wines picked from award winning wine regions from around the world. Enjoy wines that provide a next level drinking experience, aging potential, and that will please the wine connoisseur in you.
Your selection includes an assortment of the following wines:
Center Cut Cabernet Sauvignon
The wine displays a violet red color and the aromas of fresh red fruit—raspberries and cherries—along with notes of herbs and toasted coffee beans. The aromas follow through on the palate with red fruits, spices and bittersweet chocolate.
Center Cut Merlot
Center Cut Merlot offers up rich aromas of dried fig, black currant, and cinnamon. Flavors of anise, licorice, and blackberry jam dominate the palate with notes of clove and caraway.
Gravelly Ford Zinfandel
It has a ruby, purple hue that coats the glass. Swirl after swirl unleashes the deep ripe fruit of blackberry and blueberry. The fruit is rich but the body is light, making a wine that can be enjoyed with or without food. Further inspection uncovers thin layers of vanilla, clove, and coffee. We are excited about this new addition to our lineup of California greats.
Coastal Passage Chardonnay
Chardonnay comes in many styles from the light and vibrant to silky and rich. In very small areas of the world, where the rolling hills get blanketed by coastal fog and breezes, Chardonnay takes on a whole style of its own. California Chardonnay is stereotyped as rich and buttery, but there are producers who are making Chardonnay in the balanced Burgundian style with lots of fresh fruits and vibrant acids to make the non-Chardonnay drinker a fan. That's where Coastal Passage Chardonnay comes from. This wine opens with aromas of daffodil, pear, and apples, with hints of freshly baked french bread. Flavors range from peach to lemon tart and crème fraiche with rich mid-palate texture and a finish of grapefruit and green apple.
Twin Bridges Chardonnay
Here’s a classic, fruit-forward Chardonnay that offers lush flavors of apple, citrus and melon with a note of hazelnut. It has a naturally crisp acidity that adds structure and carries the fruit flavors through a clean, dry finish. As a result, it makes an ideal choice for serving with fresh seafood or poultry, especially dishes featuring an herbed cream or butter based sauce. It is produced by one of the pioneer families of California’s Central Coast growing region, who started with a “pocket” vineyard in their backyard. Today, Twin Bridges farms vineyards in Monterey, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Madera, growing wine grapes for some of California’s top rated wineries, as well as creating its own award-winning wines. The winery continues to be a favorite of our expert panel because of the consistent quality and affordability of the wines they produce.
Hamilton Estate Chardonnay
Innovation and a curious spirit guide many different approaches to winemaking, but for the Napa winemaker, the goal is always quality over quantity. Blending grapes from different vineyards means being able to make a wine of greater complexity. Another way to create a unique, distinctive wine is to focus on a single place or single vineyard. Winemakers in Napa Valley have become famous for doing both. Golden color, aromas of guava and pear with hints of orange blossoms. The palate is full bodied and rich and balanced; the delicious fruit forward mouth feel is complex but structured and solid structure. A pleasure to enjoy young, it will age and develop gracefully for several years
