Center Cut Cabernet Sauvignon
Your springtime supplies for grilling should include this wine. A full bodied red wine that brings out the flavors of spiced grilled meats and veggies. Distinctively complex, this full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon establishes itself with aromas of deep blackberry, dark plum, and hints of currant, continuing on to rich, round flavors of espresso, dark chocolate, and cedar smoke layered with toasty oak.
Coastal Passage Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir is one of those grapes that can only be grown in very small climate pockets around the world. Unlike Cabernet and Syrah, that can grow in more broad areas, Pinot produces unique flavor profiles based on region and California is one of the greats. You get intense fruit medium body out of these specific growing regions. The result is Coastal Passage Pinot Noir, a very expressive wine aromatically with lychee, cranberry, cola, raspberry, and red cherries abounding with hints of cinnamon and clove, wildflowers and cacao. This wine has a bright, food-friendly profile. The perfect companion to any foods with spice.
Cantavida Pinot Noir
Located in Leyda Valley in central Chile, an ideal climate for growing Pinot Noir, this wine shines with lean, exquisite fruit flavors of strawberry and hints of spice. Cantavida Pinot Noir has a level of intensity that is pleasing to the senses and a true delight to drink. Serve this Pinot Noir slightly chilled and serve with foods with fresh herbs and spice like al pastor tacos and blackened salmon.
Bear Hug Cabernet Sauvingon
First pass with your nose brings enticing aromas ripe cherries, flowers, and cotton candy. After your nose has had its fill of this intriguing blend of aromatic flavors, it’s time take the first sip. Savor bright cherries, cassis, ripe blackberries and contributes to a mouth feel that is full and pleasing with a smooth, easy going finish. All in all, a great wine for the money. Unfortunately, this wine is in limited quantities so get all the Bear Hug you can get your arms around, while you can.
Center Cut Merlot
Merlot has seen a rise in consumption in the past few years and wine drinkers are taking notice. Merlot is a versatile grape and a staple in some of the world's finest wines, if Bordeaux has taught us a thing or two. Well, we found a new producer from Central California that is a cut above the rest. An incredibly versatile wine, Center Cut Merlot offers up rich aromas of dried fig, black currant, and cinnamon. Flavors of anise, licorice, and blackberry jam dominate the palate with notes of clove and caraway.
Gravelly Ford Cabernet Sauvignon
Indulge in flavors of black cherry, currant, and blackberry, with thin layers of vanilla, licorice, and tobacco. The tannins and acidity fall in the medium range as this wine is an easy drinking Cabernet that brings joy with or without pairing a beautiful rib eye or filet mignon.
