This excellent red wine (or vinho tinto, in Portuguese) features Castelão grapes, which thrive on Portugal’s drier, harsher climate. Made from a blend of some of Italy’s most beloved grapes, including 70% Trebbiano Bianco, fresh and dry Val Di Botte Toscana Bianco has everything you could want in a white wine. The color is pale and straw-like. It has pleasant, fruity and floral aromas; the flavor hints at green apple, melon and lemon zest; and the finish is vibrant and refreshing.
