Center Cut Cabernet Sauvignon
Distinctively complex, this full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon establishes itself with aromas of deep blackberry, dark plum, and hints of currant, continuing on to rich, round flavors of espresso, dark chocolate, and cedar smoke layered with toasty oak.
El Negotiante Merlot
This wine has acid structure that is very pleasing, making the wine burst with flavors of cherry, raspberry, fresh herbs, and a hint of pepper, making this wine a food lover’s best friend. We love this wine with grilled tri-tip sandwiches.
Terres Blondes Gamay
A light bodied red wine from regions bordering Burgundy in France, this obscure grape is actually a cousin of the famed grape, Pinot Noir. To be exact, Gamay is a clone of the Pinot Noir grape that has evolved and is the primary grape in Beaujolais wine, known for being very light and flavorful. Terres Blondes did a great job bring this wine to life in their latest offering. Very light and flavorful, this wine has prominent strawberry and cherry flavors with a very subtle hint of candied berries. A perfect wine to serve chilled around 54 degrees as the seasons turn warmer and enjoy sipping this light red on the patio.
