Porta De Ravessa Red Blend

The Porta Da Ravessa Tinto (red) is a blend of Trincadeira, Aragones, Alicante-Bouschet, and Casteleo that delivers an earthy, spicy, and rich yet well-rounded wine with a velvety texture. Trincadeira, also called Tinta Amarela, provides deep color, dark berry flavors, and firm tannins. Aragones, which most know well as Tempranillo, enhances the berry/cherry flavors and the soft texture. Castelao, known by some as Periquita, brings a youthful fresh fruitiness. And Alicante-Bouschet offers its trademark deep purple color and some additional softness. Perfect with braised lamb (or goat) shanks, or broiled garlic steak.


Kiyapura Cabernet-Carmenere

A bright ruby red, this wine has charming aromas of ripe red fruit and spices like black pepper with maybe even a hint of vanilla. Full-bodied with elegant tannins, there is no mistaking that this is a juicy red. Chocolate and red berries define the palate with a subtle of coffee in the finish. Brilliant.


Black Fox Merlot

One of our favorite North Coast wineries created this fine wine with grapes from vineyards just west of Santa Rosa in Sonoma County. Black cherry and red currant aromas with hints of dried herbs and cocoa powder lead to classic Merlot fruit flavors, herbal tones and suppleness, making it a perfect match for grilled steaks or other simply prepared red meats.


Fair Oaks Zinfandel

A claret style Zinfandel with full, jammy flavors of blackberry, raspberry, black cherry and wild berry flavors with a hint of black pepper and anise. A nice touch of acidity makes a clean, food friendly finish. Our expert wine panel enjoyed it from appetizers through to dessert and wished they had more.


Val Di Botte Toscana Rosso I.G.T.

Up front flavors of raspberry and strawberry with hints of roasted pepper and fresh herbs like thyme. The finish is light to medium with a smooth tannin structure. We recommend you open and let it breathe before consuming. Enjoy with margherita pizza with fennel sausage or a pasta dish like Spaghetti Bolognese. 


Buscado Tempranillo

Spain is the definitive source for top notch Tempranillo in the world. Despite being grow in other regions internationally, it is here in Spain, where the unique characteristics of this wine shine bright. This thick skinned black grape, which makes up 100% of Buscado Tempranillo, has flavors of dark fruit, plum, vanilla and fresh herbs in this easy to drink selection. We recommend opening this wine and coming back an hour later as aeration greatly improves the aromatics. 


Baron Kokot Michelsberg White

Most people do not consider German wines when making their choice of wines to drink on any given occasion. I ask you, why not? Germany produces high quality wines that are for the white wine lover who enjoys crisp acid-driven whites. Baron Kokot is a white wine from the Mosel region which is known for wines of perfect balance of fruitiness and acidity. It is vibrant and slightly sweet, making it the perfect complement to Thai and Indian dishes as a stand alone aperitif.


Hayton Family Reserve Chardonnay

This is a sumptuous South African wine that is just right with mild preparations of shellfish, fish or white meats like chicken or veal. The wine’s silky texture also makes it a wonderful match with pâté or dishes featuring butter and cream sauces. Lemon curd and baked red apple aromas greet as you approach the glass and lead to bright lemon, apple and apricot flavors. This is a treat you’ll want to stock up on!


Della Flora Toscana Bianco

A blend of some of Italy's most desirable grapes including 70% of Trebbiano Bianco, the aromatic grape that produces top-tier Cognac and Armagnac, this vibrant wine is fun and enjoyable. From its pale, straw hue and its enticing aromas, the wine gifts flavors of melon, green apples and lemon zest with a refreshing crisp finish. Sourced from Central Tuscany and produced by award-winning winemaking team Coli, this wine is a real winner and is perfectly paired with the freshest of seafood. 


Bayshore Vintners Founder's Reserve White Blend
