Coastal Passage Pinot Noir
($29.99 Single Bottle Retail Price)

A very aromatically expressive wine, with lychee, cranberry, cola, raspberry, and red cherries abounding. Hints of cinnamon and clove, wildflowers and cacao, are present, too. This wine has a bright, food-friendly profile. The perfect companion to any foods with spice.

Les Chartrons Bordeaux Rouge
($29.99 Single Bottle Retail Price)

A charming and indulgent wine that is ideal as an aperitif or for a casual meal amongst friends. Flaunting a lively cherry red color with great intensity, the flavors are clean and fruity, with pronounced cherry, spice, and fresh herbs on the palate, a rounded mouthfeel, and supple tannins. Traditional style and character shine in this charming Bordeaux produced from 70% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Val di Botte Sangiovese Puglia
($24.99 Single Bottle Retail Price)

The region of Puglia makes up the “heel” and “back of the boot” region of Italy. It is here that the Sangiovese grapes share much of the spotlight like it does in Tuscany. With unlimited coastal access, the warm Southern Italian sun and cool breezes throughout the day and night, produce balanced grapes that have big fruit and light. This combination is perfect for the acids of the tomato-centric cuisine of Puglia. Pastas, pizza, you name it. It works well. Val di botte Sangiovese flaunts flavors of red currant, raspberry, and aromatics reminiscent of potpourri and elements of clay. We recommend decanting for 30 minutes or so to lets the flavors evolve.

Big Cirrus Single Vineyard Cabernet Carménerè
($39.99 Single Bottle Retail Price)

Picked from a single estate vineyard in the heart of Chile’s winemaking countryside,  Big Cirrus has produced a beautiful wine to represent all of Chile’s winemaking progress over the last decade. Every year, vintages get more and more impressive, and this 2013 vintage of Cabernet Carmènére blend is no exception. Charming aromas of ripe raspberries and currants are representative of its ruby red hues in the glass. Further enjoyment reveals small amounts of herbs and subtle spices like white pepper and a thin layer of vanilla. Pleasing and highly enjoyable, this is an exciting new addition to our library of incredible Chilean wines.

Pretium Red Blend
($29.99 Single Bottle Retail Price)

The region of Buzet AOC in Southwest France is known for producing quality Bordeaux style blends. The primary grapes of Buzet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Merlot are great by themselves, but when blended together, the results are wines with deep personalities. Pretium is a blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Malbec with grapes only from vineyards in Buzet, located along the Garonne River. The winemaking team combines traditional winemaking techniques with modern equipment—a fusion of ideology in winemaking that yields an elegant profile of red fruits and spice in a well-balanced mouthfeel and a delicate finish.

Granite Ridge Pinotage
($22.99 Single Bottle Retail Price)

Pinotage has an interesting history. Originating as a genetically engineered hybrid of Pinot Noir and Cinsault (known as Hermitage in South Africa, thus the name), it came into existence back in the 1920s. Thinking the hybrid would make very good wine, the initial results were not good. If mishandled, Pinotage can make a wine that has notes of acetone, certainly not something anyone would think to drink. However, when handled well, it can make a truly unique light red wine. And if anyone in South Africa would know how to handle a grape, it would be Alex Dale and the Winery of Good Hope. Their work with the grape is a total success. It truly brings out the aspects of both of the parents of Pinotage. It has notes of cherry from Pinot Noir and some spiciness from the Cinsault. Equally important, Alex avoids anything that reminds someone of the bad parts of Pinotage. Part of this was using a very light crush and it was delicious. You'll taste some red cherries, violets and a nice juicy palate with balance, length and a bit of funky spice. Enjoy slightly chilled and you will easily able to drink a whole bottle.

Cachil Sauvignon Blanc Reserva
($19.99 Single Bottle Retail Price)

Produced in what is to be considered the most prestigious region in Chile, Colchagua Valley was 2005 wine region of the year by Wine enthusiast magazine, and for great reason. It's climate and soil, combined with modern technologies mixed with traditional methods, produces wines of superior quality. This Sauvignon blanc, with bright with layers of citrus fruit, freshly cut grass and vibrant acidity, makes for a wonderful drinking experience for any white wine lover.

Le Parlement Bordeaux Blanc
($24.99 Single Bottle Retail Price)

White Bordeaux is not on most people's wine radar, but we get excited for white Bordeaux. For us, it has everything we love about Sauvignon Blanc, while adding complexity that true enthusiasts can appreciate. When we found Le Parlement Bordeaux Blanc, we were blown away by the balance. It is delicate, with levels of finesse layered into its pale straw color. Attractive flavors of zesty citrus, fresh grass, gooseberry, and honeysuckle yield generously after every sip. This is a limited wine that must not be missed.

Anta da Serra White Blend
($19.99 Single Bottle Retail Price)

In 2014, Portugal was home to the #1 wine in the world as rated by Wine Spectator Magazine. So it is easy to say that they are on the verge of being a powerhouse of wine quality that rivals premier regions like Napa Valley and Bordeaux, France. Portugal has some unique grapes that, when blended together, produce awesome results. Here is a unique white blend of Roupeiro, Fernao Pires and Arinto grapes. They produce a wine with deliciously fruity and floral aromas that lead into rich, dry flavors of citrus and stone fruit with vibrant acidity and a clean finish.

Val Di Botte Pinot Grigio I.G.T.
($19.99 Single Bottle Retail Price)

Just south of Milan close to the Italian Alps and boarding Alto-Adige, probably the definitive source for the world’s best Pinot Grigio, is where Val di Botte sources the amazing grapes that produce this exquisite white wine. This low alcohol balanced acid driven Pinot Grigio flaunts citrus zest, apple, pears, and nectarine flavors mingling with slight almond and ginger notes. The quintessential summertime wine, it is light, refreshing, and perfect for the season. We recommend this wine served ice cold to maximize the crispness.

Bear Hug Winemaker Select Chardonnay
($24.99 Single Bottle Retail Price)

Chardonnay is the world’s most versatile white grape with  regards to the different characteristics it can display in the wine. It is highly dependent on two things—the growing region, and when it is picked. After that, the winemaker can choose different processes to shape the profile even more. The eventual end result is found in the bottle, making it difficult to hit the bullseye on the Chardonnay that best fits you. Within lots there are special groupings that winemakers covet more than others. These lots are isolated and bottled separately, also known as Winemaker Select. With this in mind, we offer our sister label of our ever-popular California Cabernet, Bear Hug Winemaker Select California Chardonnay. From the first sip, you will find flavors of green apple, nectarine, honeysuckle, and melon, all in a perfect harmonious balance.

Racine Cotes du Provence Rosé
($24.99 Single Bottle Retail Price)

The legend behind Racine, Bruno Lafon, is a descendant of a well-known Burgundy winegrowing family. Producing and sourcing the very best wines has been something in which Lafon takes tremendous pride. The wines he influences have a certain savoir-faire and we see this in Racine Rose. Côtes du Provence is special in itself for Rosé and combining the two together has yielded perfect results. It offers flavors that are full and expressive, including lychee, peach, and mango, with an  essence of rose and finish that has a perfect level of finesse.
