Born under the sun of costal vineyards in California, cool weather and bright sun produce grapes of pure balance. The right amount of fruit and acidity allow vintners to craft balanced, well-to-drink red wines that are delightful and crowd pleasing. Silver Lining Cabernet Sauvignon is such a wine. The very present fruit of dark plum, cherry, cassis, and hints of cocoa sits well in the mid-palate and has a short but pleasing finish.
Val Di Botte Chianti D.O.C.G.
Chianti is a wine region inside Tuscany in Central Italy. If you don’t know it by name, you might know it by its reputation. I’m not talking about the wine you get in neighborhood Italian restaurants with the woven baskets caressing the bottles. I’m talking about Chianti in all its glory, the Chianti region that makes wines that rival the best in the world. Val Di Botte Chianti is 85% Sangiovese and a blend of Canaiolo Nero and Cabernet Sauvignon. The results of this blend are intense, but refined, with flavors of wild berries and spicy notes intertwining. This fruity, spicy, slightly smoky, and generally pleasant red wine is a delight to have at the dinner table. It's versatile with food, getting along with everything from cheese and charcuterie, hearty pastas, pizza, and meat and fish dishes in the Tuscan style.

The vintners behind Willunga have a great thing going. Chardonnay, the world's most widely planted white varietal, has so many different styles and interpretation that there is something for everybody. We love this one, in particular. It comes to you balanced. Its straw pale color has slight hints of green in the glass. Place your nose to the rim of the glass and you will get hints of lifted citrus, peaches, and oak. Flavors of vibrant lemon and lime, white peach, and nutmeg mingle on the palate, followed by an easy finish. This wine is perfect for roasted chicken with root vegetables and any type of curry and can be enjoyed right away.

A delicious and refreshing California white.
Tin Roof Chardonnay
Tin Roof Chardonnay displays fresh apple and peach aromas with a hint of vanilla on the nose. The wine’s broad, mouth-filling palate offers notes of Fuji apple, quince and crème brulee. This Chardonnay is a fabulous accompaniment to fish and chicken dishes, game birds, pork and cream sauce pastas.
Le Parlement Bordeaux Blanc
White Bordeaux is not on most people's wine radar, but we get excited for white Bordeaux. For us, it has everything we love about Sauvignon Blanc, while adding complexity that true enthusiasts can appreciate. When we found Le Parlement Bordeaux Blanc, we were blown away by the balance. It is delicate, with levels of finesse layered into its pale straw color. Attractive flavors of zesty citrus, fresh grass, gooseberry, and honeysuckle yield generously after every sip. This is a limited wine that must not be missed.
