Porta De Ravessa Red Blend
The Porta Da Ravessa Tinto (red) is a blend of Trincadeira, Aragones, Alicante-Bouschet, and Casteleo that delivers an earthy, spicy, and rich yet well-rounded wine with a velvety texture. Trincadeira, also called Tinta Amarela, provides deep color, dark berry flavors, and firm tannins. Aragones, which most know well as Tempranillo, enhances the berry/cherry flavors and the soft texture. Castelao, known by some as Periquita, brings a youthful fresh fruitiness. And Alicante-Bouschet offers its trademark deep purple color and some additional softness. Perfect with braised lamb (or goat) shanks, or broiled garlic steak.
Cachil Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon
Colchagua Valley, Chile is home to many amazing wineries producing gorgeous Cabernet Sauvignon, just like Cachil. This reserve offering from one of the premier Cabernet Sauvignon producing regions of Valle Central boasts beautiful flavors from this stunning vintage. Currants, raspberry, and cassis take the lead, followed by hints of cocoa. Enjoyably lighter in body than most cabs from this region, it has a medium body and a smooth silky finish. Chile is known for being innovative with wine over the last decade and this is a great example of why wines in from this region are a perfect fit for most occasions. It’s no wonder why Colchagua Valley was named Wine Region of the Year in 2005 by Wine Enthusiast Magazine.

Tuscany produces stunning Sangiovese blends. These wines have medium weight, easy finish, and intriguing flavor profiles. These wines are enjoyable as a cocktail sippers, but when pairing with foods, any dish that has fatty meats and fresh tomatoes bring out the very best in flavors from these wines. Della Flora Toscana Rosso has fresh raspberry and strawberry flavors with hints of roasted peppers and fresh herbs like thyme. Grenache is a varietal grown around the world and in the country of Spain, it goes by the name Garnacha. Each country where Grenache is grown, it expresses the unique terroir and shows different flavor profiles. For Spain and specifically the grapes in Buscado, Garnacha produces intense and pleasant aromas of licorice and wild berries with slight mineral undertones. Flavors of ripe red fruit, fresh thyme and hints of minerals linger on the finish of this silky and full-bodied expression of Garnacha.
The wine displays a violet red color and the aromas of fresh red fruit—raspberries and cherries—along with notes of herbs and toasted coffee beans. The aromas follow through on the palate with red fruits, spices and bittersweet chocolate. Serve this wine with a zesty pork dish, or a hearty tomato seafood stew.

The legend behind Racine, Bruno Lafon, is a descendant of a well-known Burgundy winegrowing family. Producing and sourcing the very best wines has been something that in which Lafon takes tremendous pride. The wines he influences have a certain savoir-faire and we see this in Racine Rose. Côtes du Provence is special in itself for Rosé and combining the two together has yielded perfect results. It offers flavors that are full and expressive, including lychee, peach, and mango, with an essence of rose and finish that has a perfect level of finesse.
Baron Kokot Michelsberg White
