We are particularly excited about this exclusive, barrel select Cabernet Sauvignon from California. First off, we recommend opening it and walking way. It’s a difficult thing to do, but letting this tasty red wine open up for 30 minutes gives it the chance to stretch its legs and really show its stuff. First pass with your nose brings enticing aromas of ripe cherries, flowers, and cotton candy. The first sip will have you savoring bright cherries, cassis, and ripe blackberries with a full and pleasing mouth feel and smooth, easy-going finish.

Tremo Carbonic Maceration Tempranillo (x2)
​Carbonic Maceration is a cutting edge winemaking method where a carbon dioxide rich environment is used to ferment juice inside the grape. This results in very fruity wines with very little mouth-drying tannins. While most popular in France, Bodega Luis Alegre is using Carbonic Maceration in Spain on masterfully grown Tempranillo and Viura grapes for a juicy wine with an aromatic nose of raspberry, cherry and slight violet notes. Soft acidity provides just enough balance for fresh fruit notes that meet licorice on the finish. 

Val di Botte Chianti (x2)
Chianti is a region in Tuscany, Italy where the wines rival the best in the world. Val Di Botte Chianti is 85% Sangiovese, topped off with a blend of Canaiolo Nero and Cabernet Sauvignon.
