      Solid Pinot

      This wine was smooth with good fruit notes and a mild finish. Goes well with food.

      Very Smooth Easy to Drink

      Ok, sure you can say that about most pinot noirs, but there's just nothing wrong with this one, so the reputation fits it all the way. Not too acidic, but not flat. Fruity, but not sweet. Clear, but not watery. It does have a rather mild flavor, a little less than other pinots, but still very pleasant. It has very low acidity, so either drink the whole bottle at once, or be sure to use a vacuum stopper to seal in the flavor - otherwise it will be flat by the next day. This is fairly typical of most pinots anyway, so don't let that scare you away. Enjoy!
