The 2009 Mirage Vineyards Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from San Lucas was blended with Paso Robles Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Petit Sirah to create a robust varietal blend. It is a readily approachable wine, that conjures aromas and flavors of luscious cherries and piquant blackberries as well as notes of sage, cedar; tar, pepper, nutmeg and mint, while its supple tannins hold the components together to create a wonderfully nuanced finish.
